Hello, I'm Nalina

I am an award-finalist communication coach, event MC, and film producer (plus certified dancing queen). Based between Sydney and Adelaide, but I love travelling and experiencing different cultures and all parts of the world.

I am passionate about communication. Not only do I believe this is the most fundamental skill in human connection, I think it’s the only way for us to build a meaningful life.

I help creatives and founders become exceptional communicators — turning storytelling and speaking into second nature, on camera, on stage, and in everyday conversation.

Raised in the coastal town of Cam Ranh, Vietnam, I moved to Sydney in 2010 carrying curiosity, ambition, and a lived experience of straddling two cultures. That experience became my superpower — and I invite every person I work with to celebrate their own.

Working with founders and creatives across industries, I keep seeing the same pattern: real expertise, held back by conditioning. I coach from firsthand experience, backed by 10 years of work with Australia's biggest media companies — News Corp, SBS, and ABC.

As an event MC and speaker, on stage, I'm known for wit, presence, and dangerously quick banter. Off stage, I help people turn their perspective and experience into authority, clarity, and confidence.

My goal is simple: everyone I work with leaves sharper, stronger, and more themselves — spice included. And we have fun getting there.
